SUBJECT:
Action regarding Approval for DCC Inc., through the Texas Purchasing Cooperative, BuyBoard--Contract 613-20, to perform repairs and re-plaster swimming pool damaged by the winter storm at the Aquatic Center in the amount of $80,702.03
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
This item is for approval for DCC, Inc. to perform the needed repairs and re-plaster the swimming pool at the Aquatic Center that sustained significant damage during the winter storm. Bids are not required due to DCC, Inc. being part of the Texas Purchasing Cooperative, Buyboard (Contract 613-20). The estimated cost of the work is $80,702.03.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The estimated financial impact will be $80,702.03. This expenditure will be covered by the Winter Storm Insurance Claim Proceeds.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval. |
