BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
On April 20, 2021, the City Council approved a Preliminary Plat for Beltmill Blocks A-L. Beltmill is general located North of Bailey Boswell Road, East of Bus. 287, and West of Wagley Robertson Road.
The developer has submitted a Final Plat for the dedication 9.112 acres of land for the Beltmill Parkway and Millstone Road right-of-ways. The right-of-way dedication allows the developer to begin the construction of the roadways.
In addition to the right-of-way, the developer is submitting offsite instruments for dedication of offsite easements as necessary to provide utilities and drainage as part of the initial construction.
The Planning and Zoning Commission considered the Final Plat at its July 13, 2021 meeting and unanimously recommended approval.

It is recommended that the Final Plat for Beltmill Parkway and Millstone Road right-of-way be approved as submitted.
