SUBJECT:
Consideration and Action regarding Approval of a Final Plat for Grand at Saginaw, Lot 1, Block B, Beltmill being 9.840 Acres in the B. Thomas Survey, Abstract No. 1497, City of Saginaw, Tarrant County, Texas
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
On April 20, 2021, the City Council approved a Preliminary Plat for Beltmill Blocks A-L. Beltmill is general located North of Bailey Boswell Road, East of Bus. 287, and West of Wagley Robertson Road.
The developer has submitted a Final Plat for the Grand at Saginaw, Lot 1, Block B, Beltmill consisting of 9.840 acres of land.
The developer previously submitted a site plan for a multi-family development that was approved by City Council on April 20, 2021.
The Planning and Zoning Commission considered the Final Plat at its July 13, 2021 meeting and unanimously recommended approval.

N.A.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Final Plat for Grand at Saginaw, Lot 1, Block B, Beltmill be approved as submitted. |
