The request is for approval of a Replat on property located on E. McLeroy Blvd. approximately 800 feet west of Amber Drive. The property is planned to be an Independent Senior Living Facility.
The Final Plat (Lot 1, Block A, Senior Living at Saginaw Addition) on the property was previously approved by City Council on January 5, 2021.
The Replat is being requested for the second phase of the Assisted Living Facility to be constructed on Lot 2.
The Planning and Zoning Commission met on September 14, 2021 and unanimously recommended approval of the Replat.
