This item is for consideration of approval of an engagement letter with P3Works, LLC. The proposed engagement letter addresses TIRZ administration services for the creation of City of Saginaw TIRZ No. 1.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Compensation for the services included in the letter will be according to the hourly rate schedule listed in the letter.
