At the October 19th City Council Meeting, the City Council voted to set a public hearing for November 2nd regarding the creation of a Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) containing approximately 295.44 acres of noncontinguous land generally located north of Bailey Boswell Road, North of McLeroy Blvd. and West of Saginaw Blvd., and being wholly located within the Corporate Limits of the City of Saginaw.  

This item is on the agenda in order to hold the public hearing as advertised and for the Council to take action on Ordinance No. 2021-24 creating the TIRZ.
