BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
This is the 29th year that the City has received the Government Finance Officers Association Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting. The award is for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2020. The award will be presented to Finance Director Quin. This is the eighth year for her to receive the award.
