Consideration and Action regarding Recommendation from Reinvestment Zone No. 1, City of Saginaw, Texas Board of Directors regarding Ordinance No. 2021-27, Reinvestment Zone No. 1, City of Saginaw, Texas Final Project and Finance Plan
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
This is a follow up from the October 19th City Council Meeting. You will recall that the City Council approved Ordinance No. 2021-24 creating Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 1. The ordinance contained a draft of a project and finance plan. Ordinance No. 2021-27 addresses the Final Project and Finance Plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
None at this time.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Reinvestment Zone No. 1, City of Saginaw, Texas, Board of Directors is scheduled to meet prior to the City Council Meeting regarding this item to vote on a recommendation regarding the Final Project and Finance Plan. |
