BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
On July 19, 2021, the Park and Recreation Advisory Board considered an item to institute rental fees for the pavilions and stage at the Switchyard Food Truck and Farmers Market located in Willow Creek Park. The following fees were proposed:

ADeposit to be refunded with no damage to stage and cleaning according to rental agreement.
The Park and Recreation Advisory Board met on July 19, 2021 and unanimously recommended approval of the fees to the City Council.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that Ordinance 2021-29 be adopted amending the Master Schedule of Fees to include the fees for the Pavilion and Stage Rental at the Switchyard Food Truck and Farmers Market as presented.
