Action regarding Approval of Contract with Burleson Trucking I, LP (Burleson Demolition) for Demolition and Haul Off of Structure at 345 N. Saginaw Blvd.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The proposed contract with Burleson Trucking I, LP (Burleson Demolition) covers demolition and haul off of the structure at 345 N. Saginaw Blvd. The total amount for the services is $9,000. Even though the bid was submitted in June, the amount quoted has been confirmed to still be valid by the owner of the company. The contract for the removal of asbestos from the structure was approved by the City Council on November 2, 2021.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The financial impact will be $9,000.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval. |
