The work plan, as adopted by City Council resolution, sets the priorities for the City of Saginaw each year. This serves as clear direction for the city manager to lead staff toward progress on identified projects.

Staff is looking for Council feedback for 2022 work plan projects.

Current ideas for 2022 work plan projects include the following:

-Citywide customer satisfaction survey

-Re-establishing a Chamber of Commerce with Tarrant County College Northwest

-Code enforcement ordinance review and recommendations for ordinance changes

-Development of a formal pavement management system

-Cultural Event in Partnership with EMS ISD

-Redevelopment planning for the current central fire station site (Restaurant or entertainment)

-Code Enforcement Focus Area

-Beltmill Public Space Planning

-City initiation of undeveloped parcels

-Bond Project Delivery: Knowles Phase I and Library/Senior Center

-Police Department Accreditation
