SUBJECT:
Action regarding Interlocal Agreement with Tarrant County for Reconstruction and Asphalt Overlay of Saddle Trail, Indian Crest Drive, Delmar Court, and Industrial Blvd.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The proposed Interlocal Agreement with Tarrant County includes the reconstruction and asphalt overlay of Saddle Trail, Indian Crest Drive, and Delmar Court. It also includes the reconstruction and asphalt overlay of Industrial Blvd. As in previous agreements, Tarrant County will furnish the labor and equipment. The responsibilities of both parties are specified in the proposed agreement. Projects are scheduled as Tarrant County's workload permits. Funds to cover these expenditures are budgeted in multiple accounts in the 2021-2022 Street Maintenance Fund Budget. Tarrant County approved the proposed agreement on February 1st.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The financial impact will be the costs of the materials for the projects stated.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval. |
