Action regarding Resolution No. 2022-03, amending Authorized Representatives for TexPool
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Resolution No. 2022-03 amends the authorized representatives for TexPool. TexPool is a pubic funds investment pool that the City participates in. The following staff members are currently designated as authorized: City Manager Reaume, Assistant City Manager Johnson, and Finance Director Quin. This resolution will remove Assistant City Manager Johnson and add Assistant City Manager Howell. The resolution will also add Finance Manager Garrett as a limited representative with inquiry rights only.

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of Resolution 2022-03, amending the authorized representatives to be City Manager Reaume, Assistant City Manager Howell, and Finance Director Quin. Finance Manager Garrett will be added as a limited representative. |
