Action regarding Resolution No. 2022-04, Authorized Bank Signatures
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Resolution No. 2022-04 designates the officials authorized to sign checks and documents with the City's depository bank. The following are currently designated: Mayor Flippo, Mayor Pro-Tem Junkersfeld, City Manager Reaume, Assistant City Manager Johnson, and Finance Director Quin. The purpose of this resolution will remove Assistant City Manager Johnson and add Assistant City Manager Howell to the list of authorized officials.

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 2022-04 designating the following officials to sign checks and documents with the City's depository bank: Mayor Flippo, Mayor Pro-Tem Junkersfeld, City Manager Reaume, Assistant City Manager Howell, and Finance Director Quin. |
