BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
On August 16, 2021, City Council approved a Planned Development for the Villas of Willow Creek located south of West McLeroy Boulevard and west of Woodcrest Drive. The developer has submitted a Preliminary Plat for consideration.
Engineer/Surveyor: JBI Partners, Inc.
Existing Zoning: Planned Development (PD)
Developer: Tricon Residential
The plat will abandon 0.243 Acres of Westwood right-of-way. Offsite easements will be dedicated as separate instruments and will be scheduled for City Council acceptance with the consideration of the Final Plat. The filing information will be added to the face of the plat prior to recordation.
The Planning and Zoning Commission considered the item at its March 8, 2022 meeting and unanimously recommended approval by the City Council.
