Consideration and Action regarding a Development Agreement with NextMetro Communities regarding Architectural Standards for Exterior Masonry and Neighborhood Setback Requirements, on land described as approximately 16.430 acres of land, and described as H. Robertson Survey, Abstract No. 1798, City of Saginaw, Tarrant County, Texas being part of a tract conveyed to Blue Mound Partners, L.P., by deed recorded in Document No. D204343302 of the Official Public Records, Tarrant County, Texas located north of Bailey Boswell Road and west of F.M.-156
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The proposed Development Agreement is associated with the Avilla Saginaw development by NextMetro Communities. There will be representatives from NextMetro Communities present at the meeting to address any questions concerning the development.
