Consideration and Action regarding Approval of Master Service Agreement with Peloton Land Solutions, Inc. for Planning Services
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The proposed Master Service Agreement with Peloton Land Solutions, Inc. is for Planning Services by Abra Nusser. The agreement will cover planning services as needed which will include identifying properties to be included in a future city initiated zoning. This was discussed as part of the FY2022 Work Plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The agreement is on an as needed basis. Therefore the financial impact will be dependent on the actual services rendered.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval. |
