SUBJECT:
Action regarding Geotechnical Services Agreement with CMJ Engineering for Library/Senior Center Design.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
CMJ Engineering, Inc. has successfully provided geotechnical engineering services to the city for many projects over the last 20 years. This agreement includes the soil borings and analysis to assist the design team in determining foundation and paving designs for the new library/senior center project.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The contract estimate is $14,300 which will be funded from the 2021 Bond Program.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval. |
