BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
On April 20, 2021, City Council approved a preliminary and final plat for the Millstone Road and Beltmill Parkway right-of-ways. The plats allowed construction to commence ahead of the platting and development of the adjacent tracts. The roadway construction projects also require dedication of certain offsite drainage, water, sanitary sewer, pedestrian access, and utility easements to facilitate the construction of public facilities.
The dedication instruments have been executed by Beltmill Saginaw, LLC, the developer of Beltmill. Upon approval by City Council, these easements will be filed for record and will be reflected in the final plats upon the development of the property.

It is recommended that City Council accept the offsite easements for recordation in the Deeds Records of Tarrant County, Texas.
