BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
On April 20, 2021, City Council approved a Planned Development for the Beltmill development located north of Bailey-Boswell, west of Wagley-Robertson and east of N. Saginaw Boulevard, BNSF and UP railroads. The PD was amended on November 16, 2021, 2022 to provide revised development standards in the northwest corner (Tracts 2 & 3) of the development.
Lot 1, Block B was previously platted for The Grand at Saginaw along with the right-of-ways for Beltmill Parkway and Millstone Parkway. The developer has submitted a Preliminary Plat for consideration that incorporates the previously platted property as well as the currently unplatted property.

The Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended approval at it's April 12, 2022 meeting.
