Action regarding Agreement to Provide Professional Services related to Building Inspections with Jimmy Ross/Ross Inspection Service
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Earlier this year an Agreement to Provide Professional Services related to Building Inspections with Kevin McMillin was approved. The proposed agreement with Jimmy Ross/Ross Inspection Service replaces that agreement. There is no change to the services to be provided. However, it is estimated that there will be an annual cost savings of $35,000 over the previous agreement.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The financial impact will be $49,000 annually which will be covered by the revenue generated from the Rental Inspection Program and the recent reorganization of the Inspections Department.
