Action regarding First Amendment to Agreement to Provide Professional Services between the City of Saginaw and Randy Edwards
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The proposed First Amendment to Agreement to Provide Professional Services between the City of Saginaw and Randy Edwards will amend the current agreement by increasing the monthly fee to $6,050. There are no other changes to the existing agreement. Mr. Edwards conducts on-site inspections of active capital, development, and maintenance projects including streets, storm drainage, sanitary sewerage and water facilities and other public works projects as directed by the Director of Public Works or his designee. The agreement may be terminated at any time by either party by providing thirty days written notice.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The financial impact will be the increase in the monthly fee from $5,500 to $6,050.
RECOMMENDATION:
