BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
On July 12, 2022, sealed bids were received and opened by the City of Saginaw for the construction of the Saginaw Northwest Booster Pump Station. A summary of the bids received are listed below.

Kimley-Horn and Associates have reviewed the lowest bidder's references and verified their bonding company is licensed in the State of Texas.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The financial impact will be $1,278,000. Funding for this project will come from Impact Fees ($462,500) and the American Rescue Plan Act Funds ($815,500).
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the award of the bid for the construction of the Saginaw Northwest Booster Pump Station to Felix Construction, the low bidder, in the amount of $1,278,000.
