Consideration and Action regarding Resolution 2019-15, Bank Signatures
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Resolution No. 2017-06 designates the officers authorized to sign for withdrawal of city funds and to execute notes for loans to the city with any authorized depository bank. The following are currently designated: Mayor Todd Flippo, Mayor Pro-Tem David Flory, City Manager Gabe Reaume, Asst. City Manager Dolph Johnson, and Finance Director Kim Quin. The Council will need to take action to designate the authorized officers.
