Action regarding Drainage Easement Maintenance Agreement with UCD Saginaw LP
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The proposed Drainage Easement Maintenance Agreement with UCD Saginaw LP addresses maintenance of drainage areas that are being left in their natural state. The agreement requires a maintenance agreement (Exhibit "A" to the agreement) and also makes the property owner responsible for the maintenance. Additionally, the agreement gives the City the ability to take action if the property owner fails to maintain the easement. (This property is located at the southwest corner of E. Bailey Boswell Road and Blue Mound Road.)
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no financial impact.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the Drainage Easement Maintenance Agreement with UCD Saginaw LP as presented. |
