Action regarding Agreement with P3Works, LLC for Tax Reinvestment Zone No. 1 Administration Services
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
In 2021, the Council approved an engagement letter with P3Works, LLC for Tax Reinvestment Zone No. 1 administration services. The proposed agreement is a more in depth agreement and covers a broader scope of work.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The financial impact will be the fees as set forth in the agreement.
RECOMMENDATION:
