BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
This item is a public hearing. Mr. Anand Patel is requesting a change in zoning on 2.987 acres of land located in the Alexander F. Albright Survey, Abstract No. 1849 (816 W. McLeroy Blvd. per Fire Department) from Neighborhood Commercial (NC) and Multi-Family (MF2) to Multi-Family (MF1). This is the location for Senior Living at Saginaw Phase 3. The Planning and Zoning Commission considered this request at their meeting on August 9, 2022 and voted to recommend approval.
