BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
On June 18, 2019, the City Council approved a Chapter 380 Development Agreement with AM & JK Development, LLC. The agreement provided for the construction of infrastructure improvements to serve the development, including construction of Saginaw Square Boulevard and intersection improvements on Business 287 (Saginaw Blvd.).
The infrastructure improvements are near completion for Saginaw Square Boulevard. In order for the City to accept the improvements, it is necessary to dedicate the right-of-way and easements to the City. The right-of-way and easements will be reflected on final plans as they occur.

It is recommended that the right-of-way and easement dedications for the Square Development be accepted and filed for record.
