SUBJECT:
Action regarding an Access Agreement for 400 S. Saginaw Blvd. & 405 S. Belmont St., and Authorizing the Mayor to execute same
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The proposed access agreement will allow future operators to test the site in order to prepare for renovations. Examples of tests would include soil testing, paint, etc.
