Consideration and Action regarding Recommendation from Planning and Zoning Commission regarding Site Plan for Senior Living at Saginaw Phase 3 on 2.987 acres out of the Alexander F. Albright Survey, Abstract No. 1849, more commonly known as 816 W. McLeroy Blvd.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The proposed site plan is an extension of the applicant's overall project, which includes phases one (1) and two (2) of the Senior Living at Saginaw, adjacent to the property. Phases one (1) and two (2) of the Senior Living at Saginaw include The Lodge of Saginaw Health and Wellness, and Edition Senior Living. The Development Review Committee has reviewed the proposed site plan and determined that it is in conformance with city standards.
