Consideration and Action regarding Recommendation from Planning and Zoning Commission regarding Preliminary Plat for Victory Shops Saginaw, Tracts 1 (Tracts 3C/3E per TAD) and 2 (Tract 1 per TAD), 76.61 acres out of the J. Walker Survey, Abstract No. 1602 and the J.A. Bradford Survey, Abstract No. 183
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The applicant has submitted a request to consider the approval of a preliminary plat for the property located on Tracts 1 (Tracts 3C/3E per TAD) and 2 (Tract 1 per TAD), 76.61 acres out of the J. Walker Survey, Abstract No. 1602 and the J.A. Bradford Survey, Abstract No. 183. The development is currently known as Victory Shops Saginaw. The preliminary plat has been reviewed by the Development Review Committee and they have concluded that it is in accordance with City standards.
