BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The Citywide Customer Satisfaction Survey is part of the 2022 Work Plan project which was approved by City Council in early 2022.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Three options to consider:
1. One-time cost of $15,950 for a single survey
2. A 2-year commitment, the cost will be $12,450 per year ($24,900 total)
3. A 3-year commitment, the cost will be $9,950 per year ($29,850 total)
Note: $12,000 is budgeted this fiscal year for the Citywide Customer Satisfaction Survey. If option 1 or 2 are selected by Council, the rest of the funds to cover the cost will come from Fund Balance.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval to contract OnPointe Insights to conduct the Citywide Customer Satisfaction Survey.
