Action regarding Interlocal Agreement with Tarrant County for Mill and Asphalt Overlay of Knowles Drive and Rockledge Drive
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The proposed Interlocal Agreement with Tarrant County covers the mill and asphalt overlay of Knowles Drive (74,000 sq.ft.) and Rockledge Drive (24,300 sq.ft). As in previous agreements, Tarrant County will furnish the labor and equipment. The responsibilities of Tarrant County and the City of Saginaw are specified in the proposed agreement. The proposed agreement was approved by Tarrant County on October 11, 2022.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The financial impact will be the costs of the materials and items stated in the agreement. Funds are available in the Street Maintenance Fund Budget.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval. |
