FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The financial impact will be $132,175.10.  Funds in the amount of $185,000 are budgeted in the 2022-2023 Public Services Dept. Budget, Account 01-7000-06-00, for the purchase of a backhoe. 

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the purchase of a backhoe from John Deere in the amount of $132,175.10.
