This item is in conjunction with Item No. 6.   The residential trash and recycle rate is included on the Master Fee Schedule.  It will need to be amended to reflect the new rate if approved during Item No. 6.   

Also included in this fee schedule amendment is the increase in the deposit amount for the Community Center.  This increase was inadvertently left out of the fee schedule amendment approved in September.  The deposit amount for rental of the Recreation Center was included but not the Community Center.   This fee schedule amendment will make the deposit amounts uniform for rentals at both facilities ($150 deposit for a 1-6 hour rental, and $250 deposit for a 7+ hour rental).  

Ordinance No. 2022-27 amends the Master Fee Schedule to reflect the increased residential trash and recycle rate as well as the increased deposit fees for rental of the Community Center.
