PUBLIC HEARING--Consideration and Action regarding Recommendation from Planning & Zoning Commission regarding an Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Saginaw, Texas, amending Section 7-1 "PD Planned Development District" of Article 7 "Special Districts" of the Saginaw City Code by removing the Minimum Acreage Requirement for Planned Development Districts (Ordinance No. 2022-19)

See memo from Planning Manager Victor-Trevino in the attachments. The Planning and Zoning Commission considered this item at their November 8th meeting and voted to recommend approval to the City Council.
