SUBJECT:
Action regarding Resolution No. 2022-24, Amending Resolution No. 2022-23 Approving the 2022-48th Year Community Development Block Grant Project Award of Contract by Tarrant County
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
As you will recall at the last Council Meeting, the City Council approved Resolution No. 2022-23, recommending the award of the contract for the 2022-48th Community Development Block Grant Project to Tarrant County. Tarrant County has requested that the Resolution be amended to include the amount of the City's funding pledge for the project. Resolution No. 2022-24 is basically the same as the original resolution with the addition of the City's pledged funding amount.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The financial impact for this project will be $399,633. Funds to cover this expenditure will come from the 2022 Certificates of Obligation.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval. |
