Consideration and Action regarding Amending the Food Truck Park Fees, and Amending the Master Fee Schedule (Ordinance No. 2022-28)

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:

Councilmembers Felegy and Copeland requested consideration of the removal of the $25 daily fee for food trucks, and amending the $40 daily fee to be for market days and special events only.  

 

Included in the attachments are copies of the notice given to food truck owners regarding the fee changes approved recently as well as responses, concerns, and comments from many of the food truck owners.  

 

Ordinance No. 2022-28 will amend the Master Fee Schedule to include the amended food truck park fees if approved.
