BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The proposed Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with Tarrant County will provide for County participation in the construction of the project in the amount of $150,000. The funds will be available on a reimbursable schedule shown below.
The Wagley Robertson Road Reconstruction (Construction Phase) project will involve the reconstruction of Wagley Robertson Road from East Bailey Boswell Road to the Saginaw/Fort Worth city limit line. The existing two-lane asphalt roadway will be demolished and a new 33-foot-wide roadway will be constructed consisting of two 11-foot traffic lanes and a center left-turn lane. Drainage will be accommodated by the use of bar ditches on the outside of the traffic lanes. A new traffic signal will be added at the intersection with East Bailey Boswell Road.
