The Saginaw City Council adopted the 2022 Work Plan Project which included a Citywide Customer Satisfaction Survey. During the October 18th City Council Meeting, it was approved to contract with OnPointe Insights to conduct the Survey. Councilmembers and Staff reviewed the questions to be asked and on November 16 the survey went live. The results of that survey are located at:
