Action regarding Salary Adjustments (discussed at 1/17/2023 City Council Meeting)
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Salary adjustments were discussed at the January 17th City Council Meeting. Council requested additional information regarding employees affected by the "trickle down effect" of the proposed salary adjustments. That information and Staff's recommendation is included in the attachment.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The total financial impact will be $66,646..
