SUBJECT:
Consideration and Action regarding Agreement between the City of Saginaw and Community Link Mission, Inc. for the Operation and Promotion of the Farmer's Market at Saginaw Switchyard for 2023
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The proposed agreement with Community Link Mission, Inc. is for the period of February to December, 2023. It covers the operation of the Farmer's Market at the Saginaw Switchyard. Ms. Whitney Berry, the Farmer's Market Coordinator, will be at the meeting to give a brief presentation.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The financial impact will be $29,000 payable in monthly installments from February, 2023 to December, 2023. This is the same amount as for 2022. Funds in the amount of $30,000 are budgeted in Account 21-5245-32, Hotel/Motel Tax, Contract Services for this expenditure.
RECOMMENDATION:
