Action regarding Resolution No. 2023-04, Supporting State Rail Funding for Local Grade Separations
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
We have been contacted by BNSF regarding supporting the effort to get the Texas Legislature to appropriate funds specifically for local grade separation projects. Resolution No. 2023-04 confirms the City's support.
