BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
Under the proposed Individual Project Order (IPO), Kimley-Horn will prepare the conceptual design for McLeroy Boulevard from Knowles Drive to Saginaw Boulevard. The intent of this project is to provide the Client with a conceptual level design that can be used to determine cross-section and begin franchise utility and right-of-way coordination. This project also includes geotechnical analysis and coordination with adjacent property owners, projects and agencies.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The Total Financial Impact is $318,000. Funding will come from the Tarrant County reimbursement for Knowles Drive Phase 1.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Individual Project Order with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for Conceptual Design of McLeroy Boulevard be authorized.
