Action regarding a Contract with Burleson Demolition for the Demolition and Removal of the existing House, Metal Pole Barn, Asphalt along W. McLeroy Blvd., Abandoned Concrete House Pad, Chain Link Fencing, and Miscellaneous Concrete on all lots; and Grading of Dirt at 300, 308 & 320 W. McLeroy Blvd.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The proposed contract with Burleson Demolition covers the removal of the house, metal pole barn, asphalt along W. McLeroy Blvd., abandoned concrete house pad, chain link fencing, and miscellaneous concrete on all lots; and grading of dirt at 300, 308, and 320 W. McLeroy Blvd. This work will help prepare the site for future construction. The total cost will be $12,950. Burleson Demolition has performed demolition work for the City in the past.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The financial impact will be $12,950.
