PUBLIC HEARING--Consideration and Action regarding Recommendation from Planning & Zoning Commission regarding Amending Appendix A, "Zoning", Article 8, "Supplemental District Regulations, Section 8-9, Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirements" of the Saginaw City Code by Updating On Premise Parking Requirements and Residential and Non Residential Parking Standards (Ordinance No. 2023-17)
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
City staff will present on recommended changes to the off-street parking and loading regulations to maintain an up-to-date code of ordinances.
The Planning & Zoning Commission voted to recommend approval to the City Council at their meeting on May 9, 2023. Ordinance No. 2023-17 addresses the requested changes to the Zoning Ordinance.
