SUBJECT:
Consideration and Action regarding Award of Bid for Knowles Drive Phases 2 & 3 Project
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
See attached information regarding the results of bid opening for the Knowles Drive Phases 2 & 3 Project on April 24, 2023.
This item was tabled at the May 2, 2023 City Council Meeting.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The financial impact will be $14,221,268. Funding for this project will come from the 2023 Bond Sale and the Tarrant County Reimbursement for Knowles Drive Phase 1.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the award of the bid to DDM Construction Corporation, Inc. for the Knowles Drive Phases 2 & 3 Project. |
