Action regarding Ordinance No. 2023-18, Authorizing the Mayor to Execute a Quitclaim Deed abandoning an Eight (8) Foot Utility Easement to Richard Linthicum, Owner of Lot 27, Block 1 of The Dominion Phase II
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
City Staff was reached out to by Mr. Richard Linthicum at 1120 Little John Dr., with the intent to remove an unused eight (8) foot utility easement in the rear of the property. Staff reviewed the attached letters from the utility companies, as well as any potential City Utilities in the easement, and found there to be no conflict. The neighboring property has gone through a similar process in 2018.
