Consideration and Action regarding Appointment of Councilmember Edwards to Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 1 Board of Directors
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The members of the City Council serve on the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) No. 1 Board of Directors (along with a representative of Tarrant County and the Tarrant County College District). The purpose of this item is to remove former member Tucker from the TIRZ No. 1 Board of Directors and to appoint Councilmember Edwards to the TIRZ No. 1 Board of Directors.

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the removal of former Councilmember Tucker and the appointment of Councilmember Edwards to the TIRZ No. 1 Board of Directors. |
