SUBJECT:
Action regarding Building Improvement Grant Agreement with Chuck Bratton (136 W. McLeroy Blvd)
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
On Tuesday, July 23, 2019, the Saginaw City Council heard information in Executive Session pertaining to the specifics of a Building Improvement Grant (BIG) Program application that was submitted on July 3, 2019 by Chuck Bratton in regards to his property located at 136 W. McLeroy Blvd, in Saginaw.
The City Council determined in that session to award an amount not-to-exceed $2,625.00 in reimbursable, and matching dollars, for the anticipated improvements as proposed on his application. The included contract under consideration herein is the realization of that intention
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Maximum of $2,625.00 from Account # 01-6142-13-00 Building Improvement Grants
